The Docklands Hosting centre provides a carrier class location in which to host your data.The data centre incorporates high security, uninterrupted power supply and the latest fire suppression systems as standard. Furthermore, this site – an integral part of the Internet structure in the UK – has been accredited as a LINX Advanced Expansion Site.

Network Infrastructure

Areti has significant advantages over other providers:

• Areti operates BGP (border gate protocol) on it's network. Where other providers are reliant solely on a single network, Areti takes network feeds from a number of different internet providers and telecom providers. Hosting equipment at the heart of the UK Internet, Docklands provides unparalleled stability and redundancy with all internet feeds taken from providers in the same building thus removing the historical unreliability of telecommunication circuits.

• SLA (Service Level Agreement). Areti offers an SLA of 100%. In the unlikely event of Areti maintaining service below 100%, Areti will credit you with 1 day of service for every hour of outage up to a maximum of 25 days each calendar month.

• Areti maintains a minimum of 40% headroom on its core network at all times.

Server Backup

Areti is able to provide a wide range of backup options which can be purchased in addition to your base service. Tape rotation services are included free of charge.

Remote "Hands"

Areti provide free remote "hands" up to 15 minutes per day. This service can cover such items such as server restarts, tape rotation, or maintenance work. Areti are also available on aconsultancy basis to install applications and server software and to provide advice on your server.
