Nicholas founded Areti in 1996 with a vision of delivering excellence in internet service products. Building the business from scratch, Nicholas has grown the business organically and through acquisition. He focusses on business development and customer communications.

Senior Technical Manager

Richard joined Areti in 2004 and leads our technical team. Richard brings his extensive experience in planning, technical development, innovation and his seemingly limitless technical knowledge to bear in his role as technical manager.

“I spend most of my time hatching new and improved products for our customers. If something goes wrong, it's ultimately my responsibility to get it fixed and working with the rest of our technical team, I oversee our infrastructure and fix potential issues before you come to notice them. When I'm not here, I'm usually trying to avoid my family and friend's technical problems instead!”

Nasreen is responsible for the day to day smooth running of our operations. By working with the technical team and customer care team she brings an unflappable calmness to her role as operations manager.

“ Due to Areti's continued success, I have been assigned the role of Operations Manager with specific responsibility for ensuring that our growing client base receives the best possible service from Areti. This means that I am actively involved in Technical Support, Account Management, Domain Management and anything else that I can help our clients with.

Outside of the office, I like to put on my hiking boots and go for long walks in the country (followed by a drink or two!).”
